This privacy policy describes how PentaFrame OÜ (“we”) process personal data when you use this website to download bonus resources and, optionally, join our reader email list.

What we collect

• Download only: no personal data is required to download bonus files.
• Optional newsletter: email address, optional first name, language preference, the book you redeemed, timestamp, IP address, and browser user-agent (for consent proof).

Legal basis (GDPR)

Consent (Art. 6(1)(b)/(a) GDPR) for sending the reader list emails after double opt-in. Consent is free, separate from the bonus download, and can be withdrawn anytime via unsubscribe.

How we use data

• Send confirmation, welcome, value, review-request, and series emails as described at signup.
• Keep consent logs to demonstrate compliance.
• Improve deliverability and prevent abuse (rate limiting).

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for hosting/storage/database; Resend for email delivery). We do not sell your email list or import it into unrelated marketing tools.

Retention

Active subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then limited retention of the unsubscribed record and consent logs as needed for legal compliance. Inactive subscribers may be removed or re-confirmed after 6–12 months.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing where applicable. Contact helioxen.011@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

For children’s books, signup copy is addressed to parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
